Jenni Rivera is never boring! "The Diva" of Mexican music has done it again, pouring beer over a seemingly-inebriated female fan during an uncomfortable interlude in her 'The Diva of Banda' concert in Puerto Vallarta.

The young lady, 18, was taunting Jenni from the audience, slinging booze and insults, and generally misbehaving. The diva asked the girl up to the stage and then the two got into it, an exchange that built until Jenni poured a beer can over the girl's head and sent her off with security hot on her heels.

Now, the norteña singer's career has long been filled with colorful incidents and some raging scandals, from an airport arrest tied to incomplete customs declarations, to several severely unfortunate exes, a stolen and subsequently leaked sex tape (I know, that is so, so wrong!), and recently, the scandalous dismissal and ongoing legal case she is building against her allegedly thieving former manager Gabriel Vázquez.

I know what you're thinking - isn't this old news? Am I in a time warp? You're not totally wrong, guys. This isn't the first time Jenni's lost her patience with a fan.  Jenni was arrested in North Carolina, USA, back in 2008 after a very similar incident.

Of course, he's got a pattern of wisely waiting to commit to even the nicest things. He's known his wife, Florinda Meza, since 1977, but the pair held off on marriage vows until 2004! However patient Chespirito might be, his fans don't share his restraint. Just a day into his life as a tweeter, he's got 391,101 followers! Messages of love, thanks and encouragement are positively pouring in:

A few weeks back, we told you that some off-the-court drama may have been behind the Lakers' devastating playoffs loss. And now, we have an interesting update to the story. Interestingly, Pau Gasol has officially denied that Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa caused a rift between him and his former fiancée. In fact, the Spanish Laker star and his ex, Silvia Lopez, were both spotted in Mexico over the weekend.

Sunbathing topless below the border, Silvia seemed to be all smiles this past Memorial Day. Paparazzi photographers snapped the Latina cheerleader happily hanging out with Pau on a couple of beach chairs in the sand. Could this mean there was a reconciliation between the two?

Back during the playoffs, all kinds of rumors were flying about their relationship. Some said Vanessa told Silvia that Pau was cheating. And others claimed that Lopez had hooked up with another Laker! The only clear thing was that there was a breakup and it seemed to have a very big impact on Gasol's performance on the court.

But now the two seem very happy with each other, which could mean good things for the Lakers' next season. And, for the record, Gasol told the OC Register that Vanessa had absolutely nothing to do with his relationship drama.

"Lies," Pau explained when referring to the rumors. "[Vanessa and Silvia] barely know each other."

Anyone who's followed Thalía's career, knows that she was incredible close to her mother. Yolanda Miranda managed her famous daughter for many years and her shocking death last week has left the pop star reeling. Now eight-and-a-half months pregnant, Thalía made the risky trip to Mexico City to attend her madre's funeral.

Most doctors would not advise a 39-year-old woman to fly during such an advanced stage of pregnancy. But that didn't stop Thalía from chartering a private jet with hubby Tommy Mottola. The two arrived in Mexico City hours before the scheduled funeral and, from the pictures that were published, it was clear that she was extremely distraught.

It now appears that Yolanda died as a result of a stroke. The good news is that she most likely did not suffer, but it was still completely unexpected and a devastating loss. Since the news broke, several celebrities have sent out condolence tweets to Thalía and her family.

Talk show host Cristina Saralegui posted,

"My deepest sympathies to @Thalía and her entire family on the death of her mother Yolanda Miranda. Sending love to you all."

Gloria Estefan tweeted her prayers as well,

"Our heart is hurting for this unexpected loss but the love that Yolanda, mother of @thalia, left in this world will live on forever!"

And even Paulina Rubio, who herself lost a parent this year, offered words of encouragement, in spite of her publicized differences with Thalía.

"We're with you @thalia. My greatest condolences. We know you are a warrior just like she was and you will rise above. Remember the light that you have inside and all around you. #fuerzathalia I join in prayer."

This past weekend, thousands of tweeters sent their love and support to hip-hop singer Sean Kingston. On Sunday, he was nearly killed when a jet ski he was driving plowed into a Miami bridge. Now Cassandra Sanchez, the passenger who was riding with Kingston, has spoken about the accident.

Sanchez, a fashion model and friend of Sean's, explained how the day started out innocent and fun. Riding the waves at Miami Beach, the two were accompanied by several friends who also took out jet skis at the harbor.

"Both [of our] jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them," Cassandra told TMZ. "When we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash."

Sanchez said that she begged Sean to slow down and became increasingly frightened as he turned toward the low-hanging bridge. After the accident, Cassandra said she felt immense pain in her jaw and ribs, though none of that compared to what Sean was going through.

"[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff ... and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the words, 'I'm hurting. I'm hurting’."

Now hospitalized, Kingston is expected to remain bed-ridden for several weeks. Sanchez luckily walked away without any major injuries and offered encouraging news about Sean's condition.

"They have a tube down his throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's going on."

T.I. continues to do good...from behind bars! The Atlanta emcee is currently serving an 11 month sentence due to a probation violation stemming from a Los Angeles arrest, however the Grand Hustle CEO lightened the spirits of 14 of his fellow inmates. T.I. chartered a bus to bring 46 family members to visit their incarcerated relatives at Forrest City Correctional Facility Memorial Day weekend.

Tip said in a statement:

"I've been blessed to receive tons and tons of mail from my fans, family and friends, as well as get visits on a regular basis. Unfortunately some guys aren't as fortunate. There are a lot of good dudes in here that haven't been able to see there loved ones in years. Their families can't afford the trip so I wanted to help out."

The voyage, deemed "To See a Loved One," picked up friends and family in Atlanta and Alabama before heading to the correctional facility in Arkansas. Riders were able to visit with the 14 inmates on both Sunday and Monday.

Of course T.I. is no stranger to helping the troubled in need. In 2010, Tip was able to talk a suicidal man down from atop a 22-story building in Midtown Atlanta. And after his 2007 federal weapons arrest, Tip was able to strike a plea deal, agreeing to 1500 hours of community service which he served by talking to at-risk youth groups around the U.S.

T.I. has 4 months left in his current sentence.

Why won't Ojani Noa let Jennifer Lopez be great? The exes have been in and out of court battling over the release of private home videos taken during their 11 month marriage since 2009. The videos, which are said to showcase raunchy footage of Lopez riding on a motorcycle sans panties, are reportedly part of a project Noa is producing about the rise of Jennifer's career and the couple's brief marriage.

Until now, Lopez has been able to keep the videos under wraps, citing:

"I believe that Noa will damage my reputation with movie producers and businesses which contract with celebrities for the use of their names, likenesses and spokesperson services for commercial endorsements and may very well cause some members of the movie-going and record-buying public to think badly of me."

However, Ojani has maintained that his documentary will not utilize the inappropriate footage of Lopez, and still his claims were denied. Until now... in a Miami court recently, a judge ruled that Noa's girlfriend Claudia Vasquez, who also worked on the documentary, will be allowed to release the docu on Ojani's behalf.

The written ruling states:

"Vazquez argues she has and is suffering harm in that she has had difficulty in obtaining work as a result of Lopez's attempts at enforcing the Injunction against her.

Vazquez argues that Lopez, on the other hand, will suffer no harm if Vazquez's preliminary injunction is granted. Lopez puts forth no arguments contradicting those of Vazquez and, in fact, fails to address this element of the preliminary injunction test altogether. As a result, the Court finds that the balance of the equities weighs in favor of Vazquez."

Ed Meyer, the executive producer of the project told RadarOnline.com:

"Claudia Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer. The project will deal with JLo's rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani. Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully, a deal can be made very soon."

What will the mother of two do now? We just hope the doc is tasteful, for Max and Emme's sake.

In case you were wondering, there was an actual purpose behind the three-day weekend we all just enjoyed. Though the true meaning of Memorial Day can sadly get lost in the shuffle of beach outings, BBQs, and department store sales, several celebs made sure to recognize the millions of military personnel who have given up their lives for this country.

Rihanna wrote a very heartfelt message to her fans,

"Happy Memorial Day!!! #Cheers to the troops!!! And to their wonderful families! You are the heart of this Nation and We love you so much!"

Justin Timberlake tweeted a very inspiring message to his 4.6 million followers,

"Everyone please Thank veterans, active personnel & their families this wknd for sacrifices they have made for us. I'm very thankful!"

Jennifer Lopez made a point to express some military Twitter love too,

"Let's take a moment to send love to all the service men and women around the world!!!!"

In fact, a rather large amount of famous tweeters added the #MemorialDay hashtag to their posts. And we're sure that the hundreds of thousands of soldiers currently stationed overseas greatly appreciated the gesture.

And country star LeAnn Rimes, who has a long history of supporting the troops, made sure to acknowledge the important holiday as well,

"To all of the soldiers who have fallen for our country, Eddie [Cibrian] and I will never forget the ultimate sacrifice you have made for our country. To all the families who have lost their loved one's, our hearts go out to you this Memorial Day and always. God Bless you all!"

Other famous Memorial Day shout outs came from David Archuleta, Mark Sanchez, and former American Idol finalist Chris Daughtry.

Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama carried out his traditional Presidential duties on Monday by visiting Arlington Cemetery and laying a wreath on the tomb of the unknown soldier.

"To those of you who mourn the loss of a loved one today, my heart breaks, goes out to you,” the President said. “I love my daughters more than anything in the world, and I cannot imagine losing them. I can't imagine losing a sister or brother or parent at war."

Last weekend Beyoncé performed Run the World (Girls) at the Billboard Awards. The hot performance was the talk of the night and the week! Beyoncé danced and interacted with moving images in front of a giant white screen. It was a very complex choreography, and Beyoncé said to be one of the performances that she had to work the hardest for. All had to be perfectly synched and positioned for the effect to come out correct. Beyoncé did it perfectly, showing how much of a hard worker she really is.

But did she have to work hard on the idea and concept of the performance?!  Perhaps not: it turns out that Beyoncé has been getting some flak for her performance, all because Italian pop star Lorella Cuccarini did a very similar performance last year. If you put both performance videos side by side, you see the similarities. A few of the images were obviously inspired by the Italian songstress' performance, but overall I think Beyoncé's was a very different performance.

The technique of projecting on screens for musical performances has been around since at least the 80's. Beyoncé has now used it and made it her own. The visuals and level of complexity in her performance topped Cuccarini's.

Beyoncé says that if it weren't for YouTube, she wouldn't know of so many wonderful ideas that are out there. An artist creates based on his or her inspiration. So Beyoncé was inspired by another artist... What's the big deal? She did her rendition of an inspiring performance. She made it her own and made it even better! Kudos to Beyoncé for being inspired and kudos to Cuccarini for inspiring!

Could Prince William and his new bride be getting down with some Pitbull tracks at the Royal Palace? You never know. According to the latest charts, Pit's newest single, "Give Me Everything" is a #1 smash in the U.K.

Interestingly, the Brits seem to really be enjoying Latin flava these days. The previous #1 single on the English charts was Bruno Mars' "The Lazy Song" (which is still holding steady at #2). But right now, the pub singalongs are all dedicated to Pit.

Scheduled to be included in Mr. 305's upcoming Planet Pit album, "Give Me Everything" is a star-studded hip-hop anthem. It's got guest vocals from Ne-Yo and Nayer and has already hit #3 on the American Billboard charts.

Add to that, his recent success with J. Lo's “On The Floor” and an upcoming tour with Enrique Iglesias, and it's clear Pit may be on to something with that new album title. By year's end, his music may very well be dominating the globe.
