Boardwalk Empire Star Paz de la Huerta Charged For Violent Streak At Hotel

Paz de la Huerta has allegedly pulled a Charlie Sheen! The "Boardwalk Empire" actress was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault, and harassment after punching a former reality television star in a Manhattan hotel.

The 26-year-old star apparently got into a verbal altercation with MTV's "The City" star Samantha Swetra, which quickly turned physical. Word is that Swetra made a few snarky comments at De la Huerta, which lead her to throw a glass of water at the reality television star's face.

Before attacking Samantha, Paz shouted:

"I'm a real actress on HBO."

Wow! We guess her name doesn't really stand for peace after all! Do you think she overreacted?
