Paz de la Huerta Punches Reality Star in Drunken Brawl

Boardwalk Empire's Paz de la Huerta was arrested in New York City Tuesday night for throwing a glass at a former reality TV star and punching her in the face at The Standard Hotel, according to TMZ.

Apparently, Samatha Swetra, of MTV's reality show The City, made some snarky comments about our homegirl’s state of sobriety and overall conduct after she fell into a table. Paz then snapped, chucked a glass at Samantha and punched her in the face. With broken glass and pissed-off partiers scattered all over the place, de la Huerta was escorted out of the cocktail lounge by security. Swetra filed a police report the next morning. Although no charges have yet been filed, Paz is due to appear in court on April 18.

The kicker? Apparently, Swetra was hanging out with pal Lindsay Lohan, who looked "shocked," according to witnesses.

"Blood was dripping down [Swetra's] leg," a source told the New York Daily News. "Lindsay was pulling shards of glass off of it."

This isn’t the first — or even the second — time she’s been called out for bad behavior. Paz, who plays former vaudeville dancer and troublemaker Lucy Danziger on the HBO series Boardwalk Empire, has been developing a party girl reputation for quite some time. Appearing very intoxicated, the starlet (and daughter of a Spanish duke) flashed the crowd outside an industry party after this year's Golden Globes. In September 2007, she was written up in Page Six for performing a drunken striptease at the super-swanky Beatrice Inn to the Divinyls’ “I Touch Myself,” which the gossip column called a “real gruesome spectacle."

Look Paz, if Lindsay Lohan is shocked by your behavior, you may want to consider laying off the sauce.
