Salma Hayek Launches Nuance Anti-Aging Beauty Line

Admit it, it’s hard to believe that Salma Hayek Pinault is 44 years old. With her radiant skin and natural glow, many have wondered if she’s been under the knife a time or two. But according to the Frida star, her vibrant appearance is due to a special beauty regimen that she now plans to share with the public.

Though she’s hinted at it before, Salma finally announced the release of her own skin care line, Nuance, which relies on ingredients indigenous to her native Mexico that have kept her family youthful for generations.

"My grandmother, who was a beauty, she died at 96 with no wrinkles. And you should see my mother!" Hayek Pinault told T Magazine.

Stylelist investigated Nuance even further, dissecting the ingredients to see what makes the product stand out. Featuring a blend of tepezcohuite (a rejuvenation agent which has been used to treat burn victims) and concha nacar (a skin lightener), it promises to reduce wrinkles and sunspot discolorations.

And that’s not all. To help prove her point, Salma brought along her mother to demonstrate Nuance’s abilities. Seeing Hayek Pinault’s madre definitely sealed the deal for beauty bloggers, who were amazed by her ageless appearance. And how about the price tag? That’s the best part of all. Salma declared that Nuance will be sold exclusively at CVS discount pharmacy chain.
