Vanessa Hudgens in 'Good' Spirits for 22nd Birthday

Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron seemed to ignite a whirlwind of celebrity break-ups after announcing the end of their four-year relationship last week. Although rumors continue to circulate about the reason for the split, sources say the exes are still close.

"We're good," Hudgens told People with a thumbs up.

The High School Musical star certainly seemed to be in good spirits on her 22nd birthday, when she was seen dancing on couches at Las Vegas' Pure nightclub with buddies Ashley Tisdale and Brittany Snow.

Wearing a silver metallic dress by Pleasure Doing Business, Hudgens posed for a few photos with her artistic three-tiered birthday cake.

Despite the split, 2010 has been a banner year for Vanessa.

"I worked a lot in 2009," she said. "I did two movies back to back, so this year I just hung out, took it easy, did a play which was a lot of fun, did a movie and now the year is coming to an end before I know it."

And it looks like 2011 will provide more of the same.

"It's going to be a very, very busy year. I have three movies coming out in the next year, so I'm excited to see what the future is going to hold."
