We definitely didn't see this one coming! It seems Kim Kardashian has been dating Halle Berry's ex and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry!
Image : Getty Images
The reality star and model attended the Los Angeles Lakers game Sunday night and were seen laughing and chatting next to one another in courtside seats.
Though this is the first time the new couple has been spotted publicly, it doesn't appear to be the first time they've hung out.
An insider told Life & Style:
"Kim and Gabriel met a few times while they were both in New York, and there was definitely chemistry. But when Kim returned to Los Angeles last Thursday, they really took it to the next level. They went out to dinner, caught the Lakers game and spent time at Kim's house."
Kardashian, 30, has even already introduced the 34-year-old model to members of her family, who are "all wild about him," Life & Style reported.
While Kardashian has been linked to practically every football star in sight, Aubry has kept a low profile since his split with Berry in April. The couple, who dated for four years, has a 2-year-old daughter, Nahla.
But despite Berry's new romance with her "Dark Tides" co-star, Olivier Martinez, the actress has said that she remains close with Aubry.
Berry told Vogue:
"You realize you are not meant to go the distance with everybody. We were meant to bring this amazing little person into the world. And I think that's why we came together. And because of that, we are going to be together forever, all three of us."
Hopefully there's room to fit Kimmy in the mix!

Rick Ross and Young Jeezy, who happen to be Def Jam labelmates, have been immersed in a war of words for months now, and the tension seems to be growing.
Image : Getty Images
The latest in the Ross vs. Jeezy battle was triggered after a video surfaced showing Young Jeezy saying sly remarks about his rival after a performance in Miami, Ross' home. In the footage, Jeezy is asked how he feels "about the Rick Ross thing," and the Atlanta MC sarcastically responds, "Where is your favorite rapper at? I don't see that n---a."
Moments later, Jeezy pulls up his shirt to reveal a gun on his waistband. Although he never names the Miami rapper, it's easy to infer the jabs are directed at Ross.
The Teflon Don eventually commented on Jeezy's rant during an interview with BBC's Tim Westwood:
"Man, I actually got to see the footage of him walking on South Beach, down Collins Ave. and ... Yeah, he played himself. You gotta come across the bridge to Carol City to Lil Haiti, that's where you get your issues. I mean, Washington Ave.? Give me a break, baby."
Ross continued:
"What's crazy about that is, as you can see on that same footage, when they asked about my name, they still don't really have a direct answer, and that ain't gangster at all. If you really have an issue, put it on the table and handle it like a G."
The two rappers have at times downplayed any beef between them, however Rick Ross' summer anthem "B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)" didn't sit well with Jeezy after he name-checked one of his associates, Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory on its chorus. Jeezy, then dropped "Death B4 Dishonor," widely believed to be a shot at Ross. Jeezy, later denied it was a dis track. But days later, Ross responded with his own record, "The Summer's Mine," believed to be a response to the Jeezy track.
The two MCs are no strangers to rap beef — Jeezy has previously sparred with Gucci Mane, and Ross with 50 Cent.
Have you been following this heated hip hop beef? Weigh in on who has the best diss track below, or @MTV3.

In the wake of his 11-month prison sentence for violating the terms of his supervised release, T.I. has been far from quiet.
His seventh studio album, No Mercy, is set for an early December release and the King of the South has also opened up to Vibe magazine about his dependency to prescription pills and his feelings about how he's been treated since his most-recent arrest.
Image : Vibe
He explained to the mag that since people are generally judgmental to those with whom they are personally acquainted, he couldn't expect to be treated any better from fans and the media.
"They do that to people they know personally, so how can I expect them to treat me, only knowing me through television? They did that to Jesus. They did that to Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali. They did it to every great person you could possibly think of. When it was all good, they was with them. When things got bad, then they was against them."
T.I. blamed his troubled upbringing when Vibe questioned Tip about the self-inflicted drug charges. He responded by asking whether being "crucified" for possessing three pills was fair.
"I mean, of course it's wrong and unacceptable and inexcusable. No problem. But in the grand scheme of things, it's rather petty. It's rather petty to hold someone's feet to the fire for something so small when they have overcame things that were so big. All that could have been going wrong — if I was riding with more guns, or if I had gotten into a shootout and killed somebody — then I could see that."
T.I. also discussed his addiction to prescription pills. He explained that after undergoing dental work, he was prescribed Oxycontin and hydrocodone for the pain and developed a dependency.
"I get these pills and I start taking them for the pain at first. And then I'm like, 'Wait — this sh-- makes me feel good, and it's legal. After the pain went away, I kept taking it. I had like five, six prescriptions. So I had, like, 80 pills. Everybody else might have a drink or smoke a blunt — I took a pain pill."
T.I. even revealed that he discussed his pill addiction with Eminem. The two have recorded songs together in the past — most recently, "All She Wrote," which appears on No Mercy.
"We talked a lot. I asked him how he knew he was an addict. Basically, if you put yourself in harm's way ... if you risk that, you've got to assume that there is something fundamentally wrong with your thought process."
Do you think T.I. was made an example of on his recent arrest? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

Yesterday (November 21), Mark Sanchez and the New York Jets made Sunday night football a day to remember. It took all of 49 seconds for Sanchez and the Jets to go from the brink of defeat to victors and stay atop of the AFC division.
Image : Getty Images
The Jets had a 23-7 lead in the fourth quarter against the Texas Texans but the next 12 minutes of game-play would prove it isn't over until the horn sounds and the clock reads zero. The Texans ran off 20 straight points including a 38 yard field goal, Matt Schaub's 43-yard touchdown pass to Joel Dreesen, a 1-yard touchdown run by Arian Foster then a 22 yard field goal with 57 seconds remaining in the game. The score was now 23-27 in favor of the visiting Texans.
Everyone in Meadowlands Stadium was in shock and began heading towards the exits. But then, Mark Sanchez strapped on his helmet and walked onto the field with remarkable poise. It was time to get focused:
“I'm just singing to myself, just thinking, just trying to get my mind off of everything, relax and know the situation," he said.
Apparently the singing helped because Sanchez was in the zone. His first target: LaDainian Tomlinson. Sanchez scrambled and hit Tomlinson for a 5-yard pass and the running back ran out of bounds. Next was a 19-yard pass to Tomlinson over the middle. With no time-outs remaining, Sanchez spiked the ball on the next huddle to stop the clock at 24 seconds. Sanchez zeroed in and hit his next target: a 42 yard pass to Braylon Edwards who was pushed out of bounds 6 yards away from the touchdown line. At this point, we were on the edge of our seats and the crowd was going crazy! A field goal wouldn't cut it so the weight of an embarrassing loss was on the shoulders of the Jets sophomore quarterback. And just like that, shotgun play from Sanchez to Santonio Holmes for a touchdown with only 10 seconds remaining – final score 27-30!
Sanchez realized the effects that this type of game can have on fans, “We're cutting it awfully close," Sanchez said. "I don't think anybody has any finger nails left if they're a Jets fan" but as long as he continues to play at this extraordinary level, we'll deal with the mild cardiac arrests. Behind Sanchez's leadership (15 touchdowns, 2306 total passing yards, 82.8 quarterback rating) the Jets are 8-2 with one of the best records in the NFL and are first place in the AFC. Last year as a rookie Sanchez lead “Gang Green” to the AFC championship game, will this season result in a Super Bowl appearance?

Celebrity power couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will launch a line of clothes and accessories at Kohl's mid-priced department stores next fall, the company announced Thursday (November 18).
Image : Getty Images
The Jennifer Lopez collection will feature women's dresses, sportswear, handbags and jewelry, while that of her husband Marc Anthony will have men's dress shirts, ties, sport coats and shoes. The his-and-hers line may expand into home accessories over time, Kohl's said. The new venture is expected to generate up to $3 billion in additional sales for the store in its first year alone.
At a press conference held last week at the London Hotel in Los Angeles, Lopez said the new fashion line is something she really wants to do. Adding:
"For me, whenever I get involved with something, I get really involved. Every business that I do get involved with is something that is super-close to my heart."
This isn't Jennifer's first foray into the fashion world. In 2003, she launched the urban line JLO, and later expanded into a luxury sportswear line with Sweetface, which eventually grew to include jewelry, fragrances and shoes. She also started the high-end line JustSweet, which was known for its cashmere pants and beanie hats.
On finding inspiration for the new line, Anthony told Access Hollywood:
“As we speak, there are five people in our closets in both our homes scouring through stuff that we’ve collected over the years that really represents our style. This [line] is definitely going to represent who we are.”
Lopez continued with:
“We’ve had the privilege of wearing all kinds of things — from the most expensive to the cheapest — in the range of our lives. So it’s exciting to be able to take all of that experience and go through our closets over the years and say, ‘This fit great!’ and ‘This was amazing.’”
The new line will be available at Kohl’s stores and on Kohls.com beginning fall 2011.

Viewers of this year’s American Music Awards got treated to brand new beats and old school boy bands with a ceremony that pretty much delivered as expected. While there were no wild surprises, the show did move along at a steady pace, honoring the usual superstars we know and love.
Image: FilmMagic
As expected, Justin Bieber proved to be the night’s biggest winner. He took home statues for Favorite Breakthrough Artist, Favorite Pop Male Artist, and Favorite Artist Of The Year. Add those to his EMAs, Teen Choice Awards, and MTV Moon Men and it’s clear that he’s had a pretty good year.
Other winners included Rihanna (sporting an elegant red gown) for Best R&B Female Artist, Usher for Best R&B Male and Best R&B Album, and the Black Eyed Peas for Favorite Pop Rock Band. Speaking of the Peas, they kicked off one of the night’s most talked about performances, with a glow-in-the-dark sneak peek of “This Time” from their upcoming The Beginning record.
And who was the top-ranked estrella of the night? That would be Shakira, who took home the Favorite Latin Artist award, beating both Daddy Yankee and Enrique. Though the evening was a far cry from last week’s Latin Grammys, it did offer a little bit of multicultural flava with Enrique’s live crowd-bumping version of “I Like It.”
Perhaps the most interesting live performance came from ‘90s flashback acts the Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block. The two legendary boy bands united onstage and performed an upbeat mashup of all their greatest hits. Now calling themselves NKOTBS, the nine guys plan to tour together starting next spring.
As with all award shows, red carpet outfits were a big part of the 2010 AMAs too. While most of the big names (like Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry) kept it chic and fashionable, there were a few wild cards to keep the fashion blogs buzzing. Nicki Minaj sported a rather bizarre red and gold ensemble that looked like it had a rib cage on it and Ke$ha…well, as we know, Ke$ha is Ke$ha.
Predictable? Yes. But this year’s AMA’s still had quite a bit of fun added in too. And with its broad mix of artists, the show had a little something for the boy band lover in all of us.

It may still be a month away, but that hasn’t slowed any of the hype for the upcoming TRON: Legacy movie. A sequel 28 years in the making, the effects-laden Disney flick promises electric suits, light cycle races, and a hot soundtrack from Daft Punk! It’s also got an incredible cast, who happened to dish a few tidbits exclusively to Blogamole.
Image : Walt Disney Pictures
Stars Jeff Bridges, Bruce Boxleitner, Michael Sheen, Olivia Wilde, and Garrett Hedlund all sat down to express their excitement about the movie and the entire TRON franchise. Pretty much a grandfather to The Matrix, the original TRON featured a cutting-edge storyline about life inside the computer world. Filled with bright lights, lasers, and flying discs, it almost felt like a video game come to life!
The only issue most modern-day filmgoers have with the original is that its effects seem somewhat dated. Keep in mind though that the first TRON came out in 1982, decades before CGI. TRON: Legacy is another story entirely. Its state-of-the-art visuals are unlike anything ever seen on screen. Original star Bruce Boxleitner (who’s also in Legacy) highly praised the new look,
“I am extremely proud to be a part of this movie. The old TRON fans will greatly appreciate it and the difference is amazing! It feels like [in the first movie] I was doing Donkey Kong and now we’re doing Halo 3!”
Michael Sheen, who plays nightclub owner, Castor, in the virtual world, got to go pretty over-the-top with his character. And it seemed like he was able to bring a bit of fanboy fun to the part too.
“[My character] is very chameleon-like. It was so much fun playing someone who’s re-invented himself so many times. Plus, I was a HUGE fan of the first film.”
Olivia Wilde plays the female lead, Quorra, in the movie. An entirely new character, she got advice from some old pros when it came to preparing for the role.
“Quorra represents everything that’s good about technology. I took the role very seriously and approached both [Jeff Bridges and original creator Steven Lisberger] about how I could accurately represent her in the TRON world.”
For the role of Sam Flynn, son of original character Kevin Flynn, the producers hired up-and-coming actor Garrett Hedlund. It’s safe to say that Sam has to endure many of the movie’s toughest action sequences, which used quite a bit of CGI technology. As Garret explained,
“When filming [TRON], you have to give in to the world of pretend. The disc game stuff was one big platform of improvisation.”
Though it may have involved a lot of green screens and added effects on the production side, the final cut of TRON: Legacy is amazing. Team Blogamole did get a sneak peek, but we were sworn to secrecy for the next few weeks. All we can say is, once the advance tickets go on sale…GRAB THEM ASAP!
TRON: Legacy hits theatres on December 17.

Have you witnessed the epic talents of Dudamel yet? Oh yes, just like Shakira and Juanes, he only needs one word to draw millions of fans. Already a legend throughout South America, the Venezuelan conductor has gone on to oversee massive orchestras in Los Angeles, Sweden, and Italy. Now his story and musical message are getting put front and center in the new documentary, Let The Children Play.
Image : Getty Images
Filmed across seven countries, Let The Children Play represents much more than the life and talents of Gustavo Dudamel. It goes on to profile the international program that helped him hone his talents and master the art of classical music.
Launched in 1975, “El Sistema,” is an organization that gives children with poor socio-economic backgrounds the tools and training to follow their musical dreams. Founder and fellow musician, Jose Antonio Abreu, sees it as an outlet for kids who would otherwise lack the opportunity to realize their talents.
“Essentially [El Sistema] is a social system that fights poverty. A child’s physical poverty is overcome by the spiritual richness that music provides.”
Gustavo Dudamel is a prime example of this. During the film, he takes cameras to his tiny childhood apartment and explains how “El Sistema” literally changed his life. Without the program, he would never have been able to launch his extremely successful (and extremely lucrative) musical career.
One of the most interesting things about Let The Children Play is that it covers so many territories. Since its inception, “El Sistema” has reached England, Korea, Jamaica, and Australia (just to name a few). Much of its global impact is featured in the movie, with scenes focusing on small children and the ways that classical music has positively impacted them.
Let The Children Play is definitely much more than a documentary, it’s an experience. Currently in post-production, it is expected to be released very soon (perhaps in time for Oscar season?) and is well worth checking out. You can find out more about the movie, the maestro, and the mission of “El Sistema” by visiting www.dudamel.net.

Look a little closer the next time Johnny Depp’s swashbuckling through the Caribbean or George Clooney’s trekking though the Middle East. The exotic backdrop you’re seeing on the big screen may in fact be Puerto Rico. Recently top Hollywood studios have taken a major liking to the island and are using it to film some of their most high-profile projects.
Image : SSC
Big-budget flicks like The Losers, George Clooney’s The Men Who Stare At Goats, and Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides have all taken advantage of Puerto Rico’s gorgeous scenery. With its tropical beaches, urban landscapes, and vast mountains, the island can double for just about anywhere.
Of course, it’s not just the views that have gotten the big studios so excited. Puerto Rico also happens to offer some of the best tax breaks of any U.S. jurisdiction. And according to island film commissioner, Mariella Pérez Serrano, that is a MAJOR determining factor.
“Tax-credit programs have become the determining factor in deciding where to shoot, and ours is very aggressive. The more they spend in Puerto Rico, the more they get back."
Not only that, the environment of Puerto Rico appears to be very safe and hassle-free. The popular HBO series Eastbound & Down has its current storyline set in Mexico, but with that country’s escalating violence, the producers decided to pull a Jo Bros and take their business elsewhere.
So far this year, seven films have been shot on the island and many more are on the way. There have even been rumors about top celebs like J. Lo and Marc Anthony investing in the construction of large Puerto Rican soundstages.
The Hollywood boom has been helping the Puerto Rican economy as well. The massive film crews spend tons on island businesses and even hire local caterers and prop assistants for their shoots.
So if many of the locals are now getting their first taste of Hollywood, could we expect some exciting homegrown productions in the near future? According to leading Puerto Rican economist, Juan Lara, that should be one of the larger game plans for the island.
"It is a good idea to attract stateside movie makers to the island, but our end goal should be to develop good local productions that can play around the world and make money for local talent.”
Sounds to us like Wisin y Yandel: The Movie may be getting the greenlight sooner than we thought!

It looks like Arizona isn’t any closer to resolving its immigration tensions. For one thing, the state re-elected controversial governor, Jan Brewer, in November. And beyond that, Sheriff Joe Arpaio (who’s had plenty of SB 1070 protests outside his office) is trying to recruit high-profile celebrities for a so-called “illegal-alien hunting posse!"
Image : Getty Images
So far Arpaio has sworn in actor Steven Seagal, Lou Ferrigno from the old Incredible Hulk TV show, and a star from the 1960’s version of Mission Impossible. We were actually a bit surprised to hear Seagal’s name in the mix, seeing how he recently starred in Robert Rodriguez’ anti-SB 1070 movie, Machete.
Ferrigno is another story entirely. A former bodybuilding rival of Arnold Schwarzenegger, he’s spoken out very harshly against illegal amnesty, even going so far as to make threats during his “swearing in” speech,
"I am here because of my strong stance. This posse is the power of the county. I must warn you that we are in for a rude awakening, because this country right now is in a lot of danger.”
It seems to us that there’s more of a danger in publicly preaching intolerance. And Arpaio is looking to spread that negative message even further. So far, he’s recruited 55 volunteers to sign up for his “posse” and we have no doubt that he’s eager to add more.
