Mexicana Stewardesses Strip Down For Sexy New Calendar

January is right around the corner, which means calendar season is in full bloom. But now instead of just puppy dogs and cartoon characters, you can get 12 months of real bikini-clad stewardesses! Yup, Latina flight attendants from the now-bankrupt Mexicana Airlines are taking a shot as 2011 pinup models.

Sadly, Mexicana used to be one of the world’s busiest airlines. Founded over 80 years ago, its 727s traveled throughout North and South America, even as far as Europe. But tough times (and stiff competition from Aeromexico) forced them to shut the cockpit doors for good this past August.

Not only did the closure sadden passengers and international travelers, it left dozens of stewardesses out of work. And 12 of the more enterprising (and more attractive) ones have decided to take matters into their own hands, by funding the new sexy calendar with their own money!

"We have families to feed and this was an amazing opportunity to change my line of work," said Maribel Zavala, one of the flight attendants featured.

After seeing a few of the pictures shown online, it’s clear that their new venture is attracting A LOT of buzz. Throughout the months, you can see the girls sporting string bikinis, short skirt uniforms, and extremely tight t-shirts.

Selling at $12 a pop, the ladies have already sold over 1,000 copies and already have plans to print a second edition. And if you ask us, it certainly sounds more exciting than fluffing pillows and handing out complimentary peanuts.
