OMG: Crazy Cameron Diaz Fan Goes After A-Rod On The Field!

We don’t know who to be more frightened for right now, Cameron Diaz or A-Rod! It seems they were both on the mind of a deranged fan who rushed the field at Yankee Stadium Monday (October 18) and tried to attack Rodriguez for dating the “woman of his dreams.”

The man, identified as 33-year-old Grim LeRogue, seems to have been infatuated with Cameron and believed that if he “got rid” of A-Rod, he would have a chance with the star. Wow. We hate to say it, but it’s times like these we’re glad we’re NOT an A-List celeb.

There’s a reason Zac Efron and J. Lo travel with those huge bodyguards. You never know what kind of undercover threats public figures receive on a regular basis. This guy happened to have a crossed-out pic of A-Rod in his pocket that had a drawing of a gun pointed at the slugger’s head!

After the incident, the man was taken to New York’s Bellevue Hospital where he ranted about Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown, and Osama Bin Laden! A-Rod refused to make any comments after the attack and finished the game against the Texas Rangers. There’s been no word from Diaz either, but we doubt this will make her want to go public about the relationship anytime soon.
