For a paparazzi photographer, snapping elusive couple Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez is like striking gold! Since their first rumored hookup in February, these two superstars have been VERY careful not to be seen together publicly. But this month, Cameron and A-Rod were spotted working out at a hotel gym.
To us, this actually isn’t too big of a deal. A-Rod’s divorce has been finalized for months now and Cameron is a single girl. There’s nothing wrong with these two getting together, in fact we think they make a pretty cute couple.
But since neither one is officially talking about the relationship (other than a few hints here and there), no one is really sure quite how serious it is. The Daily Mail seems to think that there could even be ANOTHER woman in A-Rod’s life!
On its site, the British tabloid published pix of a mysterious new girl hanging out with A-Rod in New York. And taking it even one step further, they snapped the woman with Sofia Vergara, who they “claimed” had been seen leaving A-Rod’s apartment!
Now we all know Sofia’s very devoted to her novio, but it is interesting to see how she ties into this whole equation. Could we expect to hear some EXTREME Dirty Chisme from all of this or are the tabloids trying to rile everyone up for nothing?

Never let a mug shot get you down. After a much publicized arrest, Bruno Mars is making news again, this time by holding down the #1 single on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart. His "Just The Way You Are" booted Katy Perry’s "Teenage Dream" from the top slot, proving itself to be one of the first big hits of fall.
Now the interesting question is, did his Las Vegas bust help give the track some leverage? It was already at #3 when he got booked earlier in the week, but there’s no denying that Bruno Mars web searches have gone through the roof since then.
Bruno (whose real name is Peter Hernandez) still hasn’t addressed the issue on Twitter, but did give a shout out to “Glee” for covering one of his tracks in their season premiere.
“You know you're doing something right when Glee Covers your song... Great Job guys Thank you!!”
We think Mars can easily put the negative stuff behind him as long as he stays focused. Thankfully the charges were a first time offense (unlike another recently busted celeb) and he’s still keeping up with all of his live appearances. The real test of his staying power will come on October 5, when his debut album, Doo-Woops & Hooligans, is released. Looking forward to hearing it, Bruno!

Celebrities were in abundance at the premiere of 'Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps' Monday night (September 20) at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York with hopes of catching a glimpse of the infamous Gordon Gekko.
photo via WireImage
Their prayers were answered as only weeks after announcing his battle with throat cancer, Michael Douglas – who won an Oscar for his powerful portrayal of the ruthless but greedy Gordon Gekko – walked the red carpet with as much poise and debonair that only the bravest of us could muster. Although the New York Daily News reported that he didn't give interviews, Douglas did however pose for pictures with co-stars Shia Lebeouf, Carey Mulligan, Susan Sarandon, Josh Brolin and director Oliver Stone.
Lebeouf looked sharp in his simple black suit, Susan Sarandon's form fitting off the shoulder dress was an excellent choice, we weren't too impressed with Mr. Stone's shiny black suite but we love, love, loved Carey's look altogether. We couldn't really tell if it was a shirt and skirt or a dress but whatever it was worked!
One of the many other celebrities in attendance was Courtney Love, and we must say, she looked amazing and undoubtedly the best we've ever seen her. She brought her "A" game and showed a slight resemblance to "Sex and the City" Samantha Jones.

Tyra Banks and banker beau John Utendahl looked very astute as they walked hand-in-hand at the premier. Although Banks admits that she "hates" the red carpet because it gives her "anxiety", she worked it just as well as she walks a runway.

'Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps' hits theaters today (September 24) and we're eager to see how the story will adapt to the new more challenging economic climate. More importantly, we want to know if Gekko gets back into the swing of things returning to his old ways or if his stint in prison made him turn over a new leaf.
Do you think 'Wall Street 2' will live up to the success of its prequel? Tell us in the comments or @MTV3!

The National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts (NHFA) hosted their annual awards ceremony, Noche de Gala at the Renaissance Mayflower hotel in Washington DC last week celebrating the organization’s 13th year of existence. Actors Jimmy Smits, Esai Morales and Sonia Braga, along with attorney Felix Sanchez, created the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts in 1997 to advance the presence of Latinos in the media, telecommunications and entertainment industries. Today, NHFA offers graduate scholarships to Hispanic students at eight colleges and universities across the United States and expands career opportunities for existing talent in all aspects of entertainment and the performing arts.
Photo via Photo-op, Inc.
NHFA’s Noche de Gala was definitely a star-studded affair, among the celebrities in attendance were Television Icon Cristina Saralegui, who was named the NHFA’s recipient of the 2010 Raul Julia Award for Excellence, Puerto Rican Actor Jimmy Smits, who is one of the founding members of the NHFA, and Mexican-Brazilian Actress, Giselle Itié, who was an honoree of the NHFA’s Horizon Award. Other celebrity guests included Tony Plana (Ugly Betty); Benito Martinez (Shield, 24, CSI, Lie to Me); Jesse Garcia (Bajo la Misma Luna); Aimee Garcia (George Lopez Show; Trauma); Jeremy Ray Martinez (La Mission)
Tr3s caught up with actor and co-founder of the National Foundation for the Art’s, Jimmy Smits, to find out more about his passion for philanthropy and his thoughts about Latinos in the media today:
"I always want us to be able to do more, but when I look at the young people who are going to Harvard, NYU… I realize that begging corporate sponsors to give a helping hand does pays off…that’s what we started 10-15 years ago with Rock the Vote, we came together to figure out how to do things so that its not just a photo-op and you really do see some kind of results.
What you realize is that the common denominator is education because if you have that springboard people who are in positions of power cant say 'well there's no real talented writer or performers who are trained.' They are out there, like yourself, so it's just about using education as a tool and having that confirmation from the outside, while believing in your talent and networking, that makes a well rounded individual which goes a long, long way.”
Jimmy Smits on the Immigration front:
"The whole immigration issue deals with the economic issue that confronts our country. Because its always been the country's policy to be lenient with immigration when there’s a necessity for a workforce, but times are tough now and people are feeling it, so they kind of displace and this is an easy way to displace but you go to every major urban area around the country and then places that are not-so urban and there are Latinos doing jobs that nobody else really wants to do, so you know I take all of that with a grain of salt but that doesn’t conclude me from saying that there are laws in this country that need to be followed and if there are set of rules that are established and people have to follow a path to citizenship, then we should. I think that most of the people are down with that."
We also caught up with actor Jesse Garcia who gave us some words of advice to share with you:
"Dream big, dream bigger than big, whatever you want just reach for it. I came from a small town in Wyoming I grew up in a town with 700 people and I’m living my dream and my dream is still bigger and I’m still achieving that."
What do you think about the NHFA's mission? Do you think we need more Latinos representing in the media? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3!

We know you've heard the album, but have you REALLY experienced the power of Prince Royce? Seeing bachata's newest kingpin live is an absolute must for every Tr3s fan. That's why we want to make it that much easier, with the opportunity to score FREE tix via our Descubre & Download contest. How hot is Royce right now? Well Billboard just reported that his self-titled debut topped Juan Luis Guerra and Aventura for the third straight week on the Tropical Album Charts!
Could Prince kick off Enrique’s "Euphoria" as the #1 Latin Album of late September? He’'s getting pretty darn close! Positioned at #6 on the Latin charts, "Prince Royce" is now six months old and proving it has massive staying power.
We’re also thinking he's cooking up something special for November's Latin Grammys. With a nom for Best Tropical Album and tons of continued hype, it would be great to see him tear it up in a live setting.

You know how much we love fun big budget releases like "Devil" and "Machete", but we’re also equally passionate about smaller films that can be just as powerful…with a lot less cash. One particular comedy gem that hit the L.A. indie circuit this week is "El Superstar: The Unlikely Rise Of Juan Francés".
Produced by legendary TV icon (and Imagen founder) Norman Lear and comedian George Lopez, "El Superstar" focuses on the fictional Juan Francés, a bald, pale-skinned gringo who has been adopted and raised by Nena, played by one of our favorite Latinas, Lupe Ontiveros. He speaks perfect Spanish, plays delicate Mexican ballads, and is beloved by his tight-knit Latino family (which includes Danny Trejo).
To look at him, you would never think Juan Francés could become the next Spanish singing sensation, but that’s exactly what happens. In the span of 90 minutes he goes from humble short order cook, to mariachi balladeer, to a full-blown reggaeton star, complete with his own Puerto Rican groupie (played hilariously by Maria Esquivel).
photo via ElSuperstar.com
Shot in the style of "The Office", much of the movie’s charm comes from its improvisational style, which the actors all partake in. "El Superstar’s" writer/director, Amy French (whose real-life brother Spencer John French plays Juan Francés), divulged all kinds of funny stories from the set and the story’s origins in a Q & A session, after the film’s L.A. debut.
“My older brother and I were lovingly brought up by our parents…But we were also raised by [our nanny] Lupe Contreras from Michoaca, who lived with us in our house. Lupe is an important part of our family. To this day, she calls us her children and ‘El Superstar’ is, in part, a story about how true that is.”
And as far as attracting all of that A-list Latino talent, Amy said:
"I showed the script to Norman [Lear] and he got really excited about it. He passed it along to George [Lopez] who was eager to get involved. From there, we got Lupe [Ontiveros] who is a total icon and was great to work with. And Danny Trejo too, he was sooo excited to try improv!”
Obviously all the pieces fit together extremely well. "El Superstar" is funny, heartfelt, and has an incredibly catchy soundtrack (wait’ll you hear Juan Francis sing)! Though it is only playing in Los Angeles now, the filmmakers hope to expand its release within the next few months. And the DVD is scheduled to come out early next year.
We highly recommend extending the indie love to "El Superstar". Be sure to check out the official site for more info!

Katy Perry and Rihanna celebrated Perry's last days as a single woman this weekend in Las Vegas!
photo via Getty Images
Perry, sporting a white bikini with a veil attached to the back of her kini (like a peacock), arrived at Vegas's Hard Rock Hotel Beach Club pool with an entourage of 25 who included Rihanna and a bevy of inflatable dolls.
Perry and her crew sipped champagne and beer and appeared relaxed, but the group may have been bracing themselves for a bit more drinking later in the night. Shortly after arriving at the pool, Katy Tweeted, "Signing up for a liver transplant now."
Following their pool time, the group took a stretch Hummer to Cirque Du Soleil's KA at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino, with Perry sporting a lively looking D&G gown. Perry and Rihanna were later snapped hanging out backstage with the cast before living it up at XS nightclub into the wee hours.
Later, the group headed to Sapphire strip club. There, Perry was spotted checking out the female dancers who danced to her songs, and she even got a dance of her own from a blonde dancer before the group headed to a private skybox – away from the public's eye.
After commenting earlier this year that she had to pull off a bachelorette party to rival Perry's upcoming nuptials, it appears party planner Rihanna made sure the affair was packed with festivities.
Rihanna said in April:
"I have to come up with something cool, because she's getting married in India. So I'm like, 'OK, now what do I do to match that?' "
Looks like Rih did just that!

Would you like the biceps of rapper Nelly, the abs of Cincinnati Bengal's notorious Chad Ochocinco or the calf muscles of Denver Nuggets star Carmelo Anthony? Now, with the release of a series of new workout videos, those seemingly unattainable vanities can become your reality.
photo via Google Images
Nelly is the first of many celebrities and athletes who will be part of a new line of fitness DVDs titled Celebrity Sweat. We know you're thinking celebrities starring in fitness DVDs isn’t exactly unchartered territory but Nelly seems to think that "Celebrity Sweat" will rise above the rest:
"I know there are a lot of exercise videos out there, but this one is different because it's celebrities and athletes in their prime," Nelly told ESPN. "We will have music and behind-the-scenes looks for people to get into shape."
Nelly may be on to something here. Rappers encouraging their fans to stay in top shape is a plus, being able to tailor your workout based on a particular athlete's physique is definitely a plus and the fact that you get to sweat, getting down-and-dirty with your favorite celebrity adds to the appeal. Survey says: Winner!
For those skeptics who still believe that "Celebrity Sweat" is just another publicity stunt designed to sell "more of the same" fitness DVDs, all while exploiting the love you have for your favorite rappers and athletes, Nelly tweeted a little something special just for you:
"Instores Sept 28th > Check this video out -- Nelly - Celebrity Sweat http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKPw9vIZYXI via @youtube" rtrtrt "
After viewing the link to the preview of his workout, we're sure you'll be convinced. Homeboy is definitely working hard and admits that his action figure frame wasn't defined overnight:
"People think I just woke up all of a sudden and I was this big, but they haven't been paying attention…if you look at the pictures from '04 to now, you can see the change. You can see me go from 160 to 170, 170 to 175, 175 to 180 to 190. You put in all this hard work, and people want to discredit you. But you can transform your body in six to eight months. In two years, you can create a whole new person."
Nelly is the real deal and we're excited to see Carmelo Anthony and Chad Ochocinco's workout regiment next. We're wondering if Nelly's boo Ashanti will be the next artist to show up in the series to teach us how to look amazing in Apple Bottom Jeans. Just saying.
Nelly's "Celebrity Sweat" DVD hits stores September 28. Would you purchase a "Celebrity Sweat" DVD? Tell us in the comments or @MTV3!
