Exclusive: Tito el Bambino's 'Te Comencé a Querer' Video To Premiere On Tr3s!

Even 17 months after the debut of Tito el Bambino’s megahit album El Patrón, the hit singles just keep on rising up the charts! El cantautor puertorriqueño was a seven-time winner at the 2010 Billboard Latin Music Awards, including Song of the Year for “El Amor.”

Tito took some time para hablarnos por teléfono about his success with El Patrón and what he has in store for his fans. Get ready: Tito has just recorded a music video for his latest single “Te Comencé a Querer” premiering exclusively on Tr3s this Monday (August 9th). Tito tells us that “Te Comencé a Querer” isn’t based on a personal experience, but rather it’s his take on the idea that it’s possible to be “flechado por Cupido,” as he puts it, from the moment you lay eyes on that special someone.

Why film it in Zurich, of all places? Here’s what Tito had to say:

“Yo estaba haciendo dos conciertos en Suiza, y siempre me ha gustado hacer vidéos en países diferentes. Aproveché el momento y me pusé a buscar por internet lugares de Suiza. Me encantó mucho como se veía, la infraestructura y todo eso, y ahí pues, decidí llevar a todos mis directores hacia allá.”

We’re excited to see what the director of Tito el Bambino’s video for “El Amor,” Gus Camacho, has in store for us this time. Luckily, we won’t have to wait much longer!
