Eva Longoria Parker Embraces Producer Role On 'Beso'

As you already know, the "Desperate Housewives" star has landed herself a VH1 reality show based on her Hollywood/ Las Vegas restaurant, Beso. But you won't catch Eva in front of the camera — she's leaving that to her restaurant employees.

Longoria Parker shared this with CNN:

"It will follow the employees that work at my restaurant. I'm not in it that much. I'm married and old now."

On working behind the scenes, she continued:

"I love producing. I love the business aspect of it. We have so many beautiful stories in the Latin community that I think should be told, and I really would like to focus on trying to bring some of those stories to light now."

We love the sound of that! Eva is also working on the indie comedy "Without Men" and scheduled to start shooting the seventh season of "DH" in the coming weeks.
