Julieta Venegas Is Putting Motherhood First

Julieta Venegas recently surprised a stadium full of fans with some news. On May 26th, at the Teatro Metropolitan de Ciudad de México, Venegas announced her break from performing to focus on being a mamá.

Julieta is already exhibiting a motherly trait: thinking of others. During one of her sets, Venegas dedicated a song to Gustavo Cerati:

“Esta canción se la queremos dedicar a alguien que no la está pasando muy bien en estos momentos… Se llama Revolución y queremos dedicársela a Gustavo Cerati. Lo necesitamos entre nosotros haciendo música hermosa."
