Free music? Yes, please! Team Blogamole is all about Rick Ross' latest giveaway. In promotion of his upcoming album, Teflon Don (July 6), Ross compiled a free EP/mixtape to download entitled The Albert Anastasia EP.

The download features Diddy, Styles P, Yo Gotti, Birdman, Tre Songz, John Legend, Ne-Yo, Kool G Rap, Triple C's, and Masspike Miles.
We're going to go out on a limb and say he chose this title to reference the boss Albert Anastasia, of what is now called the Gambino Crime Family.
Diddy, being Ross' new manager, is probably responsible for the “Give 'em a taste and they'll come back for more” marketing strategy. After all, Diddy is synonymous with prosperity, being the force behind multi-platinum selling group Danity Kane and (most notably) the Notorious B.I.G.
Overall, Ross definitely stuck to his "streets" style of music, as illustrated on tracks “Blowin' Money Fast,” “Money Maker,” and in a song featuring Trey Songz and Birdman, “All I Need”. The topics: money, women, guns, cars, etc., are all reminiscent of his previous album, Deeper Than Rap.
The first single and video off of the Teflon Don album is "Super High," featuring Ne-Yo, which also available on The Albert Anastasia EP. This is one of a few feel good songs, along with “Gotti Family” and “Sweet Life.”
We love the instrumentation on The Albert Anastasia EP, but the lyrical content is nothing to brag about. We're wondering if Rick Ross might have been feelin' some of the beats too much; at one point, while listening to "MC Hammer,” we hadn't realized that the track changed to “Blowin' Money Fast (B.M.F.)" because the sound was almost identical!
Despite the lyrical repetition, you have to give Rick Ross credit for being in tune with the streets — his formula has led to success. Team Blogamole also appreciates that Diddy didn't feel the need to put his voice on every track, but be prepared to see bottles of Ciroc vodka in all of Ross' videos!
For Rick Ross fans who love his signature sound, you will not be disappointed as The Albert Anastasia EP proves to be more of the same.
Ross told MTV News what it's been like to work with Diddy:
"The experience and the knowledge that Diddy possesses is priceless... The relationships that he's accumulated over the last 20 years is priceless for a young artist such as myself. We developed a mutual friendship. We just stayed in contact. I was calling him for advice anyway. He was doing it for free: 'What you think about that, homey? Help me get this, homey. I need to meet for the Waka Flocka video, homey.' He was doing so many different things for me on that level."
Ross said that officially aligning with music mogul has put a few new things on the agenda:
"I expressed my interest in developing and designing my own clothing label. I expressed interest in branching off into liquor endorsements, book deals. I've yet to headline my own major tour yet, which I've never had a problem with, because I love the intimacy of clubs. I love when I can run in the club with 2,000 people in there, and I can look the majority of them in the eye and make sure they feel Rick Ross and understand what Rick Ross brings to the game.
But most definitely, these are the new things we're bringing to the table, and these are things I haven't expressed a lot of interest into in the past. It's looking very, very positive."
The ever-so-busy Mr. Combs has an upcoming movie entitled "Get Him to the Greek," set to hit theaters on June 4.
