Li-lo's Warrant Woes: Cannes-Fest Partying At Source?

It sounds like the vacation is over for Li-lo! Fresh from the Cannes Film Festival where she promoted her "Linda Lovelace" film, Lindsay Lohan will return home to a sea of legal issues.

Lohan was scheduled to be in court in Beverly Hills on Thursday (May 20). Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan's attorney, justified her absence with the “my passport was stolen in Cannes” defense.

A warrant was issued for Li-lo's arrest this week for missing the mandatory court hearing, but Supreme Court Judge Marsha Revel recalled the warrant late Thursday, after Lohan posted bail (set at $100,000).

Don't fret, haters; Lindsay isn't off the hook that easily. Revel ordered that Lohan is prohibited from drinking alcohol, must wear an ankle monitor, and has to submit to random weekly drug tests. That doesn't sound like much - maybe she did get another free pass!

Lindsay is no newcomer to slaps on the wrist. In August of 2007, Lohan plead guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges. She's been on probation since that time and is still struggling to meet the terms of her sentence.

Lohan doesn't seem too affected by her legal issues: People reports that just days before an irate judge is expected to wrap an alcohol-monitoring anklet around the troubled starlet, Lohan partied all night Thursday and into Friday morning at Cannes.

"Lindsay was drinking Dom Pérignon, Cristal Roederer champagne and Belvedere vodka," Laurent Guyot, rep for the South of France's VIP Club, tells E! Online. "She had a great time. She was dancing on the banquette and laughing and joking with her friend."

On Wednesday, the day before her scheduled court date Lindsay tweeted:

“just found the site with the best 1-day deals, LivingSocial... check 'em out → http://bit.ly/bM6ZQr RT if you love a great deal.”

Glad to see you have your priorities in order, Li-lo!
