A-Rod Dates Cameron Diaz, Plays With Kate Hudson’s Heart

There’s no surprise that love fizzles as fast on the field as it does on the red carpet! According to reports, Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz have started a romance of World Series proportions - the only problem? The ball player’s ex-novia, Kate Hudson (also known as the Yankees lucky charm) isn’t pleased with the romantic headlines.

The “Nine” star and the third baseman ended their relationship back in December, but sources claim that she is still bitter about blond rival Cameron taking her place.

We can believe that Hudson might still be hung up on Rodriguez’s Casanova ways, but this next piece of chisme sounds a little too telenovela-inspired to us. Sources claim that Hudson believes Diaz is only dating Rodriguez to get back at her for dating Justin Timberlake shortly after their split.

A ‘friend’ of Cameron’s recently told “The Daily News” that "Cameron was actually in a serious long-term relationship with Justin. She thinks it's a joke Kate would be mad. Kate is only upset because she hates being single."
