Expected RBD to fizzle out by now?

We don't think so. They have executed the classic press formula known as, 'get out while the getting is good' and it succeeded beyond our expectations. Despite the Rebeldes launching their own independent careers, they are continuing to conquer the international charts with their 'final farewell' album, "Para Olvidarte de Mi." The latest fan frenzy has hit Spain, where the limited-a-time album copies are about to sellout as we speak.
The "Te Amo" singers recently published a message for fans on their site:
If you haven't already got it... run to your record store because they are running out of copies!
Trust us, hardcore RBD fans don't need a reminder! Do you think RBD will keep coming back to tease us?

Shake off the sucker puñetazo because The Black Eyed Peas are recharged and trapped in a virtual world just as grande as Don Omar's IDON mundo. Notice a trend here? MTV News recently chilled with Fergie, will.i.am, Taboo and apl.de.ap for a behind-the-scenes look at the making of their upcoming video, "Boom Boom Pow." You know the drill...

David Archuleta may be cool with Minnie Mouse...

But that doesn't mean that fans will receive a fairy tale ending in regards to the release of his popular track "Zero Gravity." The fave song was written exclusively by the American Idol graduate and has played very well with audiences during his U.S. tour. Despite the popularity, the track didn't make the cut on his self-titled album.
The 19-year-old admits that the song may never be legally released to the public:
It’s all up to the (record) label if they want to release it after the response. It was a song that people thought wouldn’t work out but we decided to put it in the show for the tour anyway so we can have something fun.
We all know fans always rule. Sign the deal and get the logistics out of the way already! Verdad? [MediaCorp]

Let's just ignore the shoulder pads for one sec...

Fanny Lu is channeling her inner superhero as a guest performer at The Miami Beach Gay Pride weekend starting this Saturday. The "Tu No Eres Para Mi" singer will transform the Ocean Drive strip into a walking music festival along with estrellas like La India, Patty LaBelle, and so much more. We spotted her recently sharing besitos with Wilmer Valderrama, but we think the break-up canción queen will be flying solo this time around.
Props to Fanny for supporting the gay comunidad. Can we get a WORD?!

Belinda's visit to the witch doctor must have worked like a charm...

The "Amigos x siempre" star may be making a dulce return to telenovelas since being offered a lead role in the upcoming drama series, "Camaleones." The producer, Rosy Ocampo has been on the prowl for the perfect actors and interviewed over one hundred people for the role. Unfortunately none of the no-name hopefuls impressed Rosy quite like Belinda's past work. Word is that ex-RBD singer Alfonso Herrera and pop roquera Eíza González are also being considered for the telenovela.

If you haven't heard the buzz by now...

Just brace yourself. Diego Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal join forces as producers in the poetically raw immigrant story, "Sin Nombre." The screenplay writer and director, Cary Joji Fukunaga delicately deconstructs the journey of 'nameless' dreamers through Central America and Mexico. The characters are as colorful as the backdrop and includes a tragic gangster love story that will hold you from beginning to end.
Our resident MTV News reporter, Lisa Gonzalez spoke exclusively to Diego and Gael about championing the Sundance Film Festival hit in theaters ahora. Check it right below!

Leave it up to Luis Fonsi to melt corazones...

The "Aquí Estoy Yo" singer caused a national rumble while recently touring in Venezuela. Selling out concerts was only part of the deal. Fans rushed to his hotel room and forgot everything about public order simply to get a photograph of the Boricua. We even hear that once his concert series wrapped, Luis was quickly approached by concert promoters to offer another euphoric adventure in July.
Fonsi recently spoke to us about the amor he receives from fans:
Sí definitivamente el público juega aquí una parte demasiado importante, ¿no? La buena vibra, las bendiciones como dices que te da el público a nivel profesional, pero más aun, mucho más importante es a nivel personal. Es algo que te lleva a otro nivel y eso yo creo que también marca la diferencia en todo.
Keep spreading the love Luis! We promise to be faithful listeners... [MTV TR3s Radio Noticias]
