Update: Chris Brown's Lawyer Wants Case Dismissed

New developments have shaken Chris Brown's court case...

According to MTV News, the R&B singer's attorney Mark Geragos addressed reporters after the court hearing earlier today. Chris' lawyer declared that he wants the felony assault charges completely dismissed due to 'high-level' leaks. Geragos will file for a motion specifically targeting leaked photos including the one showcasing a battered Rihanna published on TMZ. He also mentioned that he has not yet seen the evidence collected by the LAPD on the day of the attack.
