Kat Deluna Creates The Ultimate Prom For One Lucky Girl!

All prom goers own an infinite check list of 'to dos' in preparation for the big day...

Eye-popping accessories? Check. Fierce dancing shoes? Check. Fly dress? Triple check! If you think your fashionista endeavors are stressful enough, then experience The Ultimate Prom web series challenge presented by Hearst. Imagine creating a handmade dress for you and the Dominican pop princess, Kat Deluna! Three aspiring teen designers from the NYC High School of Fashion Industries will design six diva-worthy garments, but only one will win the chance to invite the "Unstoppable" singer to their 2009 high school prom.

Larissa, Laquasia, and Havanna are stocking-up on their fabrics and preparing to get creative. The winner of the MyPromStyle.com challenge will be hand picked by online voters and presented on June 5th at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan. The next Betsey Johnson will also have their dress available at Hancock Fabrics stores nationwide in early 2010.
