Nothing says Valentine's Day like flowers, chocolates and chewin' up a really cheesy romantic movie.
Everyone has their own fave - the one that comes on and you must sit and watch it every time (even if you just watched it a week ago). Well, we rounded up our fave classic romantic movie moments just in time for V-day. So, whether you are staying in cuddled-up with your loved one or vegging out with Chinese food sola, these películas will make you feel all warm and fuzzy. Check it out after the jump...
1. Hitch: In this romantic comedy a dating Doctor gets a taste of his own medicine when he falls for a mega-hot gossip columnist. We love to see Eva Mendes in such a smart, witty role. Besides, who makes a cuter couple than Eva and Will Smith? Ummm no one! Fave moment: When Hitch (Will Smith) teaches Sarah (Eva Mendes) the meaning of perseverance by using unconventional methods to ask for a date.
2. Dirty Dancing: Remember this blockbuster hit that gave Latin music some shine? Couple that with a hot male dance instructor and a nerdy Jewish girl from the suburbs and you have a recipe for one amazing time at summer camp. Fave moment: when Johnny (Patrick Swayze) boldly goes up and grabs Baby (Jennifer Grey) from the table so she can dance. "Nobody puts Baby in the corner!"
3. Pretty Woman: This movie reminds us that even those who don't fit the "girl next door" description can still get swept up off their feet - by a hot, rich guy! Fave moment: We love how Vivian (Julia Roberts) makes Edward (Richard Gere) squirm by turning down his offer, only to have him chase after her and climb up a dingy fire escape to re-enact her fairy tale dream.
4. Love Actually: What beats a romance movie with a British accent? We love all the scandalous love triangles that interact in this cute holiday film narrated by hottie Hugh Grant. Fave Moment: When Mark (Andrew Lincoln) shows up to his newly married friend's house to secretly profess his love to his wife (Kiera Knightly), on cue cards. What chica didn't have a melted heart at that moment?
5. Juno: Who knew teenage pregnancy could make for such a feel good romantic comedy?! Hormones are raging enough at 16, try dealing with relationships while going through gestation. Fave moment: When Juno (Ellen Page) stuffs an obscene amount of orange flavored tic-tacs into her baby-daddy Paulie's (Michael Cera) mailbox in an effort to win him back. It's all about the lil, 0 calorie things in life!
