But it is definitely worth examining! It is said that longtime amigas, Thalía and Gloria Estefan are no longer on speaking terms due to a personal family war. Las estrellas and their husbands, Tommy Mottola and Emilio Estefan were often spotted hanging out in their hometown of Miami and Gloria's hubby even produced a couple of the pop icon's tracks, including "Amor a la Mexicana."

Gloria denied the rumors by stating that the families are very busy and keep in touch when they can. Sounds a little more realistic to us. What do you think? [Terra]

While some of us enjoyed the holidays by recovering from our coquito hangovers (a.k.a. chillin' in our PJ's and eating leftovers), Wisin y Yandel celebrated La Navidad by granting a holiday wish for charity.

The dynamic duo returned to Puerto Rico for a holiday vacation after wrapping-up their '08 worldwide tour, and spent their downtime with cerebral palsy victim, Alex Yaniel Fuentes Camacho. Wisin y Yandel also donated a brand-new wheelchair to el niño. Props to los reggaetoneros for being in the holiday spirit de corazón.

Word has it that Rihanna and Chris Brown are getting hitched! Claro, we heard the same hype after Riri hit-up the BET Awards with a colorful diamond ring on her wedding finger that would even have La Lopez hatin'. According to MTV UK, the "Disturbia" singer was spotted rocking a huge engagement ring while in London for Elton John’s New Years Eve party.

Bueno, seems like Riri will finally have a last name. Mrs. Rihanna Brown has a nice ring to it. No crees? [MTV UK]

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony satisfied the paps with their heated public affection during governor, Luis Fortuno's inauguration ceremony in Puerto Rico. The couple attended the political event on Friday and was caught flashing their besos and bling before packing-up for their San Juan departure over the weekend.

Since divorce rumors hit el barrio, everyone is wondering whether their marriage is simply as bad as those pesky "El Cantante" reviews. We are just hoping another paparazzi Bennifer monster isn't born. Wait, too late!

The Monterrey roqueros are injecting their kinky sonidos in Costa Rica before starting their U.S. invasion across twenty five venues during February and March. While we are preparing for their "Masacre Sonica," los chicos are remixing their rock revolution with an intense shot of tequila energía kinetica.

Lead vocalist, Gilberto Cerezo recently spoke-up about the hyped tour:

From designing walking canvases to draping windows?

Let's be real, Kat Von D would never drop her sharp inking skills, but she does admit to having a passion for interior design. The reality television star put her hobby to the test by redecorating her novio, Nikki Sixx's Funny Farm photography studio for L.A. Ink. Transforming the boneless bachelor pad into a rocker's oasis was only half the battle.

Kat spoke about her inspiration and Nikki's reaction on her blog:

Think antique bordello hooker lounge meets Dr. Kevorkian medical room and taxidermy-heaven, Bela Lugosi's creepy library Den!!! Nikki's reaction is pretty f**king priceless!

Hmm...hookers and books are the perfect contrast! Something tells us that she won't be making the pages of Martha Stewart's Magazine, which is just fine in these streets.

Thalía is an expert at keeping her holiday escapes a secret...

The bella Mexicana has had a hectic year since being diagnosed with lyme disease and dropping EMI label, but she is making up for lost time by escaping to Aspen, Colorado for the holidays. Thalía and hubby, Tommy Mottola have retreated to their private vacation home in Redstone with 14-month-old daughter, Sabrina Sakäe. The ranch is said to be worth $48 million, the most expensive living quarters in the state's history.
