Word on la calle is that the "I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time" songstress and her hubby may be expecting. According to Page Six spies, Mimi was captured leaving a well-known ob/gyn's office, while secretly trying to keep her sonogram under tight wraps and being greeted by her posse with excitement. It is also rumored that Nick has no desire to start-up his own familia any time soon. Can you say conflict of interests?

The newspaper approached Mr. Cannon's publicist, who responded:

As far as I'm told it's not true.
