2008 was a big year for Latin artists crossing over, just ask Mexican pop trio Belanova.

Their third studio album, "Fantasia Pop" proved to be the charm garnering the group their first Latin Grammy win this year. According to reports, our Boricua royalty will be celebrating Valentine's Day with a high-profiled announcement leading to divorce court. Wondering what happened to their romantic getaway? Despite the couple continuously denying splitsville rumors, a friendly snitch recently revealed that the "Love Don't Cost A Thing" singer's marriage has finally reached the point of emotional bankruptcy.

Word is that J.Lo and Marc are keeping la verdad underwraps until his overly advertised highly-anticipated concert at Madison Square Garden on February 14th. La Lopez is set to perform a duet with Marc, which will ink their 'bittersweet farewell.'

We have been sensing a little shady business going on since his solo trip to Las Vegas! Don't worry girl, all you need is another green Versace dress and a glowing spray tan and your comeback will be as real as your fly girl days. No es cierto? [Los Angeles Times]

Recently, MTV News caught-up with actress Ashley Greene to discuss her role in the next installment New Moon and how she feels about Catherine Hardwicke's departure. She had this to say about the prospect of working with the replacement Chris Weitz:

I'm excited to work with him, because obviously he's worked with CGI before, and he's very familiar with it. It'll be good.

Word in Hollywood is that Reggie Bush may be poppin' the question to Kim Kardashian on New Years!

Although the couple has not commented on the engagement rumors, several 'reliable snitches' and online reports claim that Reggie is ready to tie-the-knot with the reality television star. According to Media Takeout, the football player plans on proposing soon and has even hired a photographer to capture the romantic moment.

It turns out Eva Mendes is a nerd! La Cubana recently revealed some of her dorkiest pleasures, including attending the annual San Diego Convention, which is famous for freaky costumes and comic book aficionados. MTV News caught-up with "The Spirit" actress, who quickly confessed to being a major comicon fan. It’s no wonder she is starring in Frank Miller's new film, which is based on the animated action-packed series.

I get paid to do that, so I get it. I get the whole dressing up, wanting to be somebody else thing, really well. I like when adults can give in to it!

The past year has blessed Juanes to the fullest...

And he plans on continuing the celebration for 2009! The "Odio Por Amor" roquero snatched four coveted lengua awards at Los Premios, dominated the Latin Grammys, and even won the golden America's Trust Humanitarian award for his charity efforts all while completing his worldwide "La Vida...Es Un Ratico" tour. Besides hosting a free concert in Medellín, Colombia this month, Juanes plans on taking it suave during the holidays.

He states:

Para el 2009 yo creo que vendrá un descanso seguro porque bueno, esta gira ha sido, bueno ya llevamos un rato largo. La Vida…es un Ratico salió hace como un año , un poco más. He estado viajando por todo el mundo prácticamente.

He continues:

Y yo creo que terminaremos el año entrante en algunos países que nos faltan como Chile por ejemplo, vamos al Viña del Mar. Vamos a Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay, seguramente Guatemala y bueno, yo creo que ahí terminará la cosa.

So you thought that our Twilight coverage was going to stop when the movie came out huh??
