Kanye West Says Adios To Felony Charges!

It's official, Kayne West managed to beat felony charges related to allegedly assaulting a pap earlier this month.

We previously reported that there was a fuerte chance that the "Stronger" emcee could be dismissed of any charges due to specific guidelines outlined in the California law. La ley states that someone who criminally damages property worth more than $400 can be prosecuted for felony vandalism, but the "Love Lockdown" crooner allegedly damaged a photographer's lighting rig, which was only worth a measley $100.

Kanye has been legally cleared from any felony charges, but still faces a possible misdemeanor charge. Unfortunately his assistant Crowley isn't so lucky since he still faces felony counts. Nonetheless, we think Kanye will be a whole lot nicer to the paps moving forward!
