Kanye West Might Escape Felony Charge

Kanye West is not going down without a fight! The "Love Lockdown" star made headlines after getting arrested and charged for allegedly attacking a pap on Thursday. Kanye was released on $20,000 bail, but the beat-maker is still working on dodging the felony charge.

According to reports, the "Stronger" emcee might beat the legal charges due to a 'quirk' of California law, which states that a person who criminally damages property worth more than $400 can be prosecuted for felony vandalism. Turns out the damages Kanye allegedly caused on the paparazzi camera was only worth $100. As a result, the inked standards could kick down his charge to a misdemeanor.

We back in the lab!!! I'm cool with the paparazzi. This guy wasn't cool. I gotta work now.
