Ring the alarm for this chisme alert! Word has it that Don Omar and his wifey Jackie Guerrido may be expecting.

Several of our spies in la isla del encanto confirm that the chismes were sparked after "The Kings of Kings" performed in the town of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Apparently the Univision journalist was sick and rushed to the hospital during the show. She was hooked up to an IV after experiencing dizziness and other like symptoms.

The "Salio el sol" singer is staying in the dark about the rumors, but he did confirm that his wifey has been ill. Sounds a little suspect no crees? Regardless one this is for sure, that lucky baby is destined to be born into straight-up royalty!
